Oh Orzo how I love thee....






This is a very yummy creation, and very simple to make! All it takes is 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, 1 1/2 cups orzo, (cook according to directions on package.) 1 pt Grape tomatoes cut in halves, 7oz feta cheese, 7oz balsamic vinaigrette.
Thaw spinach under water and squeeze all the water out, after you are done cooking the orzo let it cool or if you want to make the process go faster run cold water over the orzo. Then add the orzo, spinach, feta, and tomatoes all together and mix. After you have mixed it add half of the balsamic. Then cover and refrigerate over night. Then add the other half of balsamic and
refrigerate for 4-8 hours. Then serve! Enjoy!
It not only tastes good it also looks pretty too!
