Here are a couple after pictures of some DIY projects (that are not completely finished yet) that my hubby and I worked on! Hope you like them :)

Above is a picture of our new dry erase board which will go down stairs on the back of our front door so that I can put a check list on it. I still have to add a ribbon at the top to hang it by. I will be making that out of left over fabric from the backing for the dry erase board!

Above is our new chalk board that will be hung in our kitchen/dinning area still has one more touch to be added :)



Sorry all I don't have any before pictures. But the total cost so far for each one is:

Dry erase board
                         fabric 1 yard: $3.18 @ Joanns
                                              frame: $9 @ Saint Vicent De Paul Thrift Store
                                                      Spray paint: Free (Already had on hand from earlier project)

Chalk Board:
Chalk board spray paint: $5 @ Joanns
Cherry Red Spray Paint: $4 Joanns
Chalk: .99 cents @ Publix

Which brings the grand total for these two projects to:
$22.17

Not bad if I say so myself :)

And on the plus side next time we do something with Chalk board paint it will be fairly close to free :) One of my favorite words!
